At Ethio Lisan Academy, we are committed to delivering your educational orders quickly and safely. We partner with reliable domestic fulfillment services (including Amazon Logistics) to ensure fast and accurate delivery.
1. Processing Times
- All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive a notification with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer standard and expedited domestic shipping options across the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Order Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive an automated email containing a tracking link. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.
If you have not received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@ethiolisan.com with your name and order number.
4. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@ethiolisan.com. Once a package has dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact our support team at support@ethiolisan.com so we can initiate a replacement or claim.
