Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Ethio Lisan Academy (ethiolisan.com). We take pride in creating high-quality educational materials designed to support your family's language learning journey. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns & Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of your delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The flashcard deck box and shrink-wrap/seals (if applicable) must remain intact.
  • Proof of purchase (such as your Shopify order confirmation email or order number) is required.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer support team at support@ethiolisan.com with:

  1. Your full name and order number.
  2. The reason for the return.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions and a return shipping address on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect, damage during transit, or an error made on our part.
  • Non-Refundable Shipping: Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your flashcard deck arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@ethiolisan.com with a photograph of the defect/damage. We will immediately ship a replacement deck at no extra cost to you or issue a full refund.

5. Refunds & Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
